LyfeSpark® can take as much or as little time as you want after you set up your vision boards and goals. You could spend a few minutes in the morning to review your boards and declare intentions. You could look at it throughout the day to update your progress and encourage friends. You could review it at night before bed so your subconscious mind can work on your goals and dreams while you sleep. You could check in for motivation while you are waiting for the elevator or stuck in traffic. It really is up to you how much time you spend with LyfeSpark®. And of course, we want you to achieve your goals and dreams – which is going to mean putting your phone down and taking some action towards those goals! Just remember to post your wins to celebrate your accomplishments and inspire others around you.

You will be given a 3-Step Training Kit online that will help you get going, explaining how to use the tools and why they are important. Each day will cover one of the tools available on LyfeSpark®. Of course, you are welcome to do all the steps on day one if you choose! You can always go back and edit or add to anything you’ve created. The main thing is to use all the tools as they work synergistically to help you move forward.

You can cancel anytime, though we strongly encourage you to actively use all the tools before you do! Membership will end on the last day of that cycle of payment. If you pay monthly or annually, you will have your membership until the last day of that cycle. There are no membership pro-rata refunds.
